Terms of service
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of VESPER Mobility Inc. services and website. By submitting a booking request you agree to them.
2. Bookings and quotes
A booking request is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. A reservation exists only once we issue a written confirmation. Quoted pricing is valid for 48 hours and includes the experience fee and applicable HST unless stated otherwise.
3. Partner operators
Vehicles and chauffeurs are supplied by licensed partner operators. We select, vet and coordinate these operators and remain your point of contact for the entire service.
4. Payment
Payment is taken after you approve a quote. Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond the included allowance, route changes, tolls, extended duration, or cleaning required after the service.
5. Conduct and safety
Passenger counts may not exceed the vehicle's seating capacity. Chauffeurs may end a service where safety, legality or the wellbeing of any party is at risk.
6. Delays and force majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, flight changes or other events outside our reasonable control, though we will always seek an alternative arrangement.
7. Liability
Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
