Cancellation policy
Amendments
Changes to timing, route or vehicle are accommodated wherever supply allows. Amendments made less than 24 hours before pickup may incur a price difference if a different vehicle or operator is required.
Waiting time
Standard transfers include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting. Airport arrivals include 60 minutes from landing. Waiting beyond that is billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate.
Cancellations by us
If we cannot deliver a confirmed booking, we will source an equivalent or better vehicle at no additional cost. Where that is not possible, you receive a full refund.
Exotic and ultra-luxury vehicles
Exotic and ultra-luxury reservations require 72 hours' notice for a full refund due to committed supply.
How to cancel
Contact the concierge desk with your reference number. Cancellations are effective from the time we receive them.
