Privacy policy
Information we collect
Contact details, itinerary information, vehicle and experience preferences, and any notes you provide with a booking. If you create an account we also store your sign-in identity.
How we use it
To source, quote, confirm and deliver your journey; to keep you informed of its status; and to maintain records required for accounting and compliance.
Sharing with partner operators
We share only the operational minimum with the assigned operator and chauffeur: pickup and destination, timing, passenger count, contact number and relevant requests. Financial and margin information is never shared with guests or operators.
Payments
Card details are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Retention
Booking records are retained for as long as required for tax, insurance and dispute-resolution purposes, then deleted.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at support@vesperexp.com.
Discretion
Guest itineraries are treated as confidential. Non-disclosure agreements are available on request for sensitive travel.
